The factory Yamaha MotoGP team is to unveil its 2010 color scheme on the morning of the first preseason test at Sepang on February.
The team is not holding a fully fledged launch event this year, but will take the wraps off its latest bike and livery just before hitting the track at the Malaysian Grand Prix venue to begin 2010 preparations.
Riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo will then talk about the new bike and their hopes for the new season in a media event following the first test day.
Yamaha is chasing a third consecutive championship success for itself and Rossi this year. The future of the partnership is also set to be a hot topic of conversation with Rossi's contract up for renewal after 2010 and the Italian having hinted he does not want to share number one status with Lorenzo in the longer term.
