Williams Grand Prix Engineering could be looking to branch out beyond F1 into Germany's top touring car championship, the DTM.
Switzerland's Motorsport Aktuell reports that discussions have been held between the team and German car maker Opel. The paper quotes Williams boss Adam Parr as saying that a meeting with Opel took place "a few months ago." Although he claims a collaboration between the two is just a rumor at this point, he added, "Personally, I would love to do it. I would be very interested."
