Reigning V8 Supercar champion Jamie Whincup continued his perfect start to 2010 by winning round three at Sakhir in Bahrain today.
The Triple Eight/Team Vodafone Holden driver controlled the race from pole to claim his third victory in the three rounds held so far.
Ford Performance Racing's Mark Winterbottom just about kept Whincup in sight in second place, while Craig Lowndes came home third in the second Triple Eight car.
