The No. 22 JRM Nissan of Richard Westbrook and Peter Dumbreck has been given a five-place grid penalty for Saturday afternoon's World GT1 qualifying race at San Luis in Argentina. The penalty was for an engine change prior to qualifying.

Former Porsche Supercup champion Westbrook had qualified the car in fourth place, but slips to ninth on the grid as a result.

Westbrook and Dumbreck's championship-leading teammates Lucas Luhr and Michael Krumm took pole position for the race.
