TOPEKA, Kan. (Oct. 13, 2007) – The remnants of heavy storms and lightening have delayed the start of Saturday’s SCCA National Championship Runoffs Presented by AT&T races.
Major storms came through the Northeast Kansas area last night that have produced tornado warnings to the east. Another cell was in Manhattan, Kan. 30 minutes ago and is on its way to the Topeka area.
