Former Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve will race in the Stock Car Brazil series next month.
The Canadian is set to take part in the Race of Millions event, which offers a one million reais ($649,351) prize for the victor, at Interlagos on Aug. 7. Villeneuve won the F1 race at the track in 1997.
Since leaving F1 in mid-2006, Villeneuve has primarily raced in stock cars in NASCAR, though he has been unable to put together a full-time NASCAR deal.
