Christian Vietoris has been given a five-place grid penalty for the next round of the DTM at Oschersleben.
The Persson Mercedes driver was judged to have overtaken under yellow flags during Sunday's wet race at Brands Hatch, earning himself the penalty.
Vietoris had already committed a similar offense during the race, for which he served an earlier drive-through penalty on his way to finishing 13th.
