As you can see from my attempting to capture my face beforehand (LEFT), I was fairly geeked for getting to do a hot lap at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca earlier this afternoon. I'll have a full recap of the sensation of what this was like within a few days.
In the interim, both Camden Thrasher and I had the opportunity to go for hot laps in Andy Pilgrim's Cadillac CTS-V racecar that competes in the SCCA Pirelli World Challenge. Camden's video - we had near identically similar laps from Pilgrim's pace - is below.
