All riders from the MotoGP, Moto2 and 125cc championships will take part in a parade to pay tribute to the late Marco Simoncelli at Valencia on Sunday.
The event will take place shortly after the MotoGP warm-up tomorrow morning, at approximately 10.10am local time. 1993 500cc world champion Kevin Schwantz will ride Simoncelli's #58 Gresini Honda at the head of the parade.
When the pack of around 90 bikes reaches the start/finish line, there will be two minutes of firecrackers in a traditional Valencian Mascleta.
Simoncelli was killed in a crash on lap two of the Malaysian Grand Prix a fortnight ago. His Gresini team has decided to race at Valencia, with Hirosi Aoyama qualifying 14th for the MotoGP race, while the team's Moto2 riders Michele Pirro and Yuki Takahashi claimed first and second on the grid for their race.
