Grand-Am racer Ricky Taylor has completed Garry Rogers Motorsport's lineup for V8 Supercars' Gold Coast 600 event in November.
Taylor, who has been a front-runner in Grand-Am's Rolex Series for the past two seasons with his father's Wayne Taylor Racing squad, will drive one of the team's pair of Holden Commodores at the Surfers Paradise event. GRM confirmed on Thursday that IndyCar racer James Hinchcliffe would also drive.
"I am very excited about the opportunity to race with Garry Rogers team at the Gold Coast," said Taylor. "I have heard a lot about the event and can't wait to participate."
GRM has not confirmed which of its two regular drivers; Michael Caruso or Alexandre Premat, will be paired with Taylor and who will partner Hinchcliffe.
Other "international" drivers to sign up for the event include IndyCar drivers Justin Wilson, Will Power, Simon Pagenaud, Marco Andretti, Mike Conway, Graham Rahal and Sebastien Bourdais.
