French sports news website Sport24.com reports that Force India Formula 1 driver Adrian Sutil is facing a 10 million euro ($14m) claim for damages from Genii chief executive Eric Lux, who claims Sutil assaulted him with a broken champagne glass in a Shanghai nightclub recently. Sport24.com reports that Lux intends to also file a complaint about Sutil with the FIA, which could threaten the German's F1 superlicense.
