TALLMADGE, Ohio (Dec. 16, 2005) — Now, even more competitors on the SCCA Club Racing National circuit can earn valuable contingency money from Summit Racing Equipment. The Tallmadge, Ohio-based company has added three more classes to its Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Club Racing contingency program and has expanded its lineup of contingency items for 2006.

Summit Racing Equipment now offers cash contingency payouts to racers in the E Production, Showroom Stock B, and Showroom Stock C classes. In addition, the company will once again offer contingency to competitors in the A Sedan, Touring 1, Touring 2, and GT-1 classes.

Racers in each of the seven eligible classes can now choose from an expanded selection of contingency items, which now includes the entire line of Summit brand products. The Summit brand lineup includes hundreds of high-quality parts, accessories, and performance-related items.

To earn a cash payout from Summit Racing, SCCA competitors must win or runner-up with any Summit brand product while displaying two Summit Racing Equipment contingency decals on their vehicle. Payouts are $100 for first place, $75 for second place, $50 for third place, and $25 for fourth place.
