TOPEKA, Kan. (October 10, 2007) – Another day of qualifying concluded at Heartland Park Topeka for the 2007 SCCA National Championship Runoffs and eight defending champions hold provisional poles. Defending Spec Racer Ford Champion Mike Miserendino, of Los Angeles, Calif., climbed to the top of the 42-car SRF grid with a time of 1:47.531, after skipping the first two qualifying sessions.
