Singapore Grand Prix organizers have announced a major supporting package of music entertainment for the Formula 1 race weekend. The nighttime grand prix will include the performances of two Grammy award-winning artists, Linkin Park and Rick Astley, as well as Daddy G and 3D from Massive Attack and 19-year-old Filipino singer Charice. In addition, more than 300 entertainers will perform everything from rock to musicals, including dancers and fire-eaters.
"With the Grand Prix as our centerpiece, we've packaged the event as a whole weekend of festivities and treats for the entire family," said Sarah Martin, director of operations and security for the event. "We've packed in a host of entertainment activities to ensure every ticket offers great value for money and the event continues to be a must-attend weekend for Singaporeans and international audiences."
