Peugeot LMP1 racer Stephane Sarrazin is to join the Hexis Aston Martin team for the next two rounds of the FIA GT1 World Championship at Brno and Paul Ricard. The former Le Mans Series champion, will join Frederic Makowiecki in the Hexis squad.
Sarrazin was part of the original Prodrive-run Aston GT1 program in the mid 2000s.
Makowiecki shared his car with Philippe Dumas and Thomas Accary during the first two World GT1 rounds, taking a qualifying race victory with the latter at Silverstone.
