Peugeot driver Stephane Sarrazin believes there will be no team orders as his #8 car closes on the sister #9 machine for victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Sarrazin's car, which he shares with Franck Montagny and Sebastien Bourdais, led for several hours before a rear-end problem dropped it back.

The car has since been consistently one of the quickest and has now recovered to second. It is now less than 30 seconds behind the leader, though it has a stop due.

"All the drivers will give the maximum to get Peugeot the win," said Sarrazin. "If we're fast enough we will win.

"We had a problem and now it's fixed. I'm hoping it'll be OK to the end."
