The Indianapolis Star reports that Randy Bernard, guiding force of the Professional Bull Riders group for the past 15 years, has confirmed that he has received an offer to become chief executive officer of the Indy Racing League. The Star says Bernard, 42, said he has not accepted the position but is strongly considering it.
