Report: Hoosier/Continental to test Indy Lights tires

The Indianapolis Star reports that Hoosier Tire, through its Continental brand, is expected to begin testing Indy Lights tires next month for a bid to be that series' supplier in the future. The series is in its final season with founding title sponsor Firestone, which reconsidered its earlier decision to pull out as an IndyCar title supplier but is not expected to continue with the ladder series.
