Facu RegaliaFacu Regalia will make his GP3 Series debut at Silverstone this weekend with Jenzer Motorsport.

The 20-year-old Argentinian, who has been racing in both Auto GP and the European F3 Open this year, has tested GP3 machinery during previous winters, but has never raced such a car before.

"It's going to be a tough debut because the GP3 car is very different to the Auto GP and F3 cars I'm racing and the Pirelli tires aren't similar to what I'm used to either," said Regalia.

"It wouldn't be clever to set unachievable targets against drivers that have a lot more experience of the cars than me, but I will work as hard as I can and hopefully I can get some good results."

Regalia had been offered a drive by Jenzer for the Barcelona season-opener, but had to turn it down as it clashed with an Auto GP round. He will partner regular drivers Robert Visoiu and Patric Niederhauser.

Jenzer had run only two cars on the streets of Valencia last time out, Jakub Klasterka having left the team prior to the round.
