Autoweek reports that Graham Rahal is close to a deal to fill in for the injured Mike Conway at Iowa on June 20, and possibly for the rest of the season.
British driver Conway is expected to miss the remainder of the IZOD IndyCar Series season after suffering leg and thoracic vertebrae fractures in his last-lap crash at the Indianapolis 500. Tomas Scheckter filled in for Conway last weekend at Texas.
