Graham Rahal was quickest in the final warm-up session ahead of this afternoon's Belle Isle IndyCar race in Detroit.
The Ganassi driver went to the top with a best time of 1m11.5597s, edging out stablemate and polesitter Scott Dixon by 0.06sec. Will Power (Penske), who will start alongside Dixon on the front row, was third fastest. Ryan Hunter-Reay (Andretti Autosport) and Sebastien Bourdais (Dragon Racing) rounded out the top five.
Meanwhile, the rain that has been a feature of the opening two days of the weekend appears to have mostly cleared, with current forecasts predicting warm and dry conditions for the race.
