Dutchman Dominick Muermans will drive the PSV Eindhoven car in the second season of the Superleague Formula.
Former Atlantic Series racer Muermans was a test driver for the championship last year and also contested two rounds for the Al Ain team.
The 24-year-old takes the place of Yelmer Buurman, who led PSV to second in the inaugural championship behind Beijing Guoan.
"The car is reliable, the team is super motivated and the goal is to be faster than last season," said team manager Wim Coekelbergs.
"Our new driver Dominique is really ambitious and so are we. I think that this season will be a good season for PSV."
The Superleague Formula season commences at Magny-Cours on June 27-28.
