TOPEKA, Kan. (April 6, 2004) – Visitation information for the funeral of SCCA Club Racer Dave Pistole, 53, of Pittsburg, Kan., who died Saturday from injuries sustained during a Club Racing Regional race at Heartland Park Topeka, has been released.
The visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6 at the Friskel Funeral Home, 230 E. McKay St., in Frontenac, Kan. A rosary will begin at 7 p.m. and visitation will continue until 8 p.m.
The funeral is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 100 S. Cherokee St., in Frontenac.
