There is just one race remaining in the 2010 BFGoodrich/Skip Barber presented by Mazda but, unofficially, the fight for the championship is over. Going into Round 13 at Road Atlanta, in order to clinch the championship, all Pigot had to do was finish on the podium, and the championship was his. He grabbed the lead in the final lap and took home the checker, as well as the championship.

Dennis Trebing started second, led some laps and finished second, and Felix Serralles completed the podium. Early in the race, Ashley Freiberg went four wheels off and had to fight her way back up the pack, eventually finishing sixth. Isaac Lyons had an unfortunate race with possible contact and finished in seventh. Results are unofficial pending routine video review by series officials.
