The #4 Pekaracing Chevrolet Corvette holds a narrow lead after a quarter of this year's Spa 24 Hours.

The Vitaphone Maserati squad had established a one-two early in the fifth hour, but Pekaracing then made ground during the pitstops and jumped to second. As the track dried, Jos Menten closed on leader Stephane Sarrazin in the #1 Maserati before sweeping ahead.

Menton lost the lead with a spin, but after the next round of stops regained it again by passing Alexandre Negrao, who took over from Sarrazin.

The gap between the two cars is currently around 20 seconds, while the #3 Corvette and #2 Maserati are also on the lead lap in third and fourth respectively.

The #51 AF Corse Ferrari 430 of Alvaro Barba Lopez, Niki Cadei, Matias Russo, and Pierre Kaffer leads GT2 from its sister car, while the Phoenix Audi R8 LMS comfortably heads the G2 class in sixth overall.

The Matech Ford GTs are first and second in GT3, with the #121 machine leading.
