Tom Onslow-Cole has been drafted back into the Arena Ford team for this weekend's British Touring Car Championship round at Silverstone.

Onslow-Cole, a three-time BTCC race winner, was a last-minute call-up to the team at Croft but has not competed in the series since, as Arena instead concentrated on improving its performance with regular driver Tom Chilton.

The 22-year-old believes the enhancements to the pace of the Ford Focus ST will make it a strong package this weekend: "I'm really happy to get a second go, over the moon, in fact."

"Last time at Croft it was all done at the last minute and things didn't quite go as I hoped they would. This time, with the amount of work that has gone into the car, it has come on massively and is now a very different animal."

The Focus had its best result of the season last time out at Knockhill with Chilton finishing eighth in race three.
