Sebastien Ogier, Citroen Junior, Rally of Turkey 2010Sebastien Ogier has lost the lead of the Rally of Turkey after having to stop and change a tire on stage 15. The incident cost the Citroen Junior driver over three minutes, dropping him from the rally lead to a distant fifth place.

"I had a problem with a tire – like an explosion on a very high speed section," Ogier told World Rally Radio. "It was impossible to control the car. I went off a little bit, we changed the tire and restarted."

Ogier had led the rally since the opening morning, and until the tire damage the young Frenchman was staying comfortably ahead of the works Fords and Citroens, and Petter Solberg. Sebastien Loeb has now taken the lead of the rally, ahead of Solberg and Mikko Hirvonen.
