Durango's Davide Valsecchi and iSport's Diego Nunes were both dealt five-place grid penalties following yesterday's GP2 qualifying session at Silverstone.
Both penalties were issued for blocking, and mean that Nunes will start today's feature race from 16th, and Valsecchi from 20th.
Meanwhile, Roldan Rodriguez, Ricardo Teixeira and Sergio Perez will all be permitted to start from the back of the grid despite failing to complete a timed lap in qualifying as all managed to set a time within 107 per cent of Romain Grosjean's pole lap during the earlier free practice session.
Rodriguez and Perez had both suffered technical problems right at the start of the session, while Teixeira damaged his car in a bizarre out lap tangle with his Trident team-mate Davide Rigon.
