Kurt Busch and new Penske teammate Brad Keselowski have settled their differences over their run-in last weekend at Talladega, which left both drivers and a number of others involved in a multi-car crash that brought the race to an end.
Mark Martin says he remains upbeat despite an accident at Talladega last weekend all but blowing his chances of winning a first Sprint Cup series title.
"I've faced bigger hurdles this year than in my previous two seasons and I think I now know how to cope with things better than I did, even from one year ago," the 2008 World Champion says.
Jimmie Johnson plans to keep an offensive approach for the last three races of the Sprint Cup season instead of trying to manage his massive gap in the points.
