Manor Racing has retained Rio Haryanto and Adrian Quaife-Hobbs for a second season in the GP3 Series, and added former Formula 3 Euro Series driver Matias Laine.
Indonesian 18-year-old Haryanto was Manor's lead GP3 driver last year, taking fifth in the championship and winning the second race at Istanbul. He also tested for the affiliated Virgin Formula 1 team over the winter. Quaife-Hobbs' best result of 2010 was a third place at Spa.
Team boss John Booth expects both to make a step forward this season.
"Both Rio and Adrian did a fantastic job last year, and I'm sure they are ready to reveal more of their potential," he said.
Finnish driver Laine moves to GP3 having been a midfielder in Euro F3 with the Motopark Academy team last year.
"I am very happy to join the GP3 Series this season and I know Marussia Manor Racing is the best place for me to fight for top positions," he said. "I am more than ready for this new season."
Laine takes the place of James Jakes in the Manor lineup, the Briton having returned to GP2 with Coloni.
