The Indianapolis Star reports that the IZOD IndyCar Series is set to adopt NASCAR's "Lucky Dog" rule this season, allowing the first car not on the lead lap to regain a lap and restart at the back. That policy, along with double-file restarts, will be in place at all 17 events this season, according to the Star.
