Lola's new LMP2 car ran for the first time at a shakedown test in France on Thursday.
The B12/80, which will compete in the World Endurance Championship this year under Lotus branding, was driven at the Chambery airfield in France.
Mirco Schultis and Thomas Holzer – both signed to the Kodewa team that will run the cars – undertook the driving duties, with the pre-Sebring test scheduled to continue on Friday.
