Sebastien LoebSebastien Loeb has regained the lead of the Catalunya Rally from teammate Dani Sordo heading into the final day of the event.

Citroen continued to dominate the rally, with its drivers winning all six of today's stages. But it was Loeb's second place on the day's final stage – a re-run of the 17km La Llena route – that took back the overall lead from Sordo.

"It's very equal," said Loeb. "I'm happy with my drive and all the Citroens – including Petter and Sebastien [Ogier] were fast this afternoon."

Citroen Junior driver Sebastien Ogier won the first stage of the afternoon, SS10, his second win of the day. Mikko Hirvonen was able to get among the Citroens, finished ahead of Sordo, Petter Solberg and Sebastien Loeb in second place, but the top five drivers were covered by just five seconds.

Loeb then won SS11 but Sordo was just a second behind him in second, with Solberg third and Ogier fourth. It was Solberg that won the La Llena stage, with Ogier and Hirvonen between Loeb and Sordo in third and fourth places.

Loeb now has a slim 1.5-second margin over Sordo, with Hirvonen 48 seconds adrift in third. Solberg and Ogier hold their spots, while Latvala continued to leak time after finishing sixth on all three stages this afternoon and is now two and a half minutes behind Loeb.
