Sebastien Loeb and Dani Sordo will contest the final round of the International GT Open series at Barcelona next weekend. Citroen's works World Rally Championship pair will share a Porsche 911 GT3 prepared by French specialist Almeras at the event.
Loeb said: "I like to do two or three races a year and this was a good one to do, it fitted with the calendar. I'm really looking forward to it, let's face it, Dani's a pretty good driver on tarmac!"
The WRC champion said partnering Sordo in a racecar was something they had been talking about for a while.
"We get on well together," said Loeb, "we hang out a little bit away from the rally and this was a good chance for us to race together. It's going to be really good fun and good competition."
