NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Brad Keselowski is facing sanctions after his car failed post-race inspections following Sunday's race at Dover.
The Penske driver finished in fifth position in the race, but his No. 2 Ford measured too low in post-race inspections and he could be penalized when NASCAR officials review the case tomorrow.
Michael Waltrip Racing's Martin Truex Jr. was docked six points and his team fined $25,000 after a similar issue following this year's race in Texas. A similar penalty would drop Keselowski out of the top 10 in the standings after he had moved to eighth following his fifth-place finish in Sunday's race.
Earlier this year, Keselowski and his team were penalized when his car was found to violate the regulations following the race at the Texas Motor Speedway.
