Jeremy Shaw

 
Jeremy Shaw is an internationally recognized authority on motorsports history and technology. He has been writing and talking about the sport, as a reporter and commentator, since 1974. For six years, beginning in 1979, Shaw was the Features/Sports Editor for Autosportl. He coordinated all international auto racing coverage as well as working as an on-site reporter. Shaw held the position of European Editor of On Track magazine from its launch in 1980, and emigrated to the States in 1985 to became editorial director of the magazine. He reverted to the ranks of motorsports freelancers in 1989 and became a regular contributor to a variety of publications including Autosport and RACER. He also has produced a number of respected books on American racing: Co-author of "Nigel Mansell's Indy Car Racing," published in 1993, and Editor/primary contributor to the "Autocourse Champ Car Yearbook," series from 1993 to 2006.
