SPEEDtv.com reports that Honda and the Indy Racing League have reached agreement for the sole supplier of the IndyCar Series since 2006 to remain in that capacity for the next two years. The league continues to say that up to four new manufacturers have expressed interest in building engines for new IndyCar rules, slated to come on line in 2012, although the rules specifics have yet to be confirmed
