Johnny Herbert will be the drivers' representative on the stewards' panel at this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix.

The Briton, whose final F1 race was at Sepang in 2000, will provide input to the stewards at any time they need advice about events from a drivers' perspective. Alain Prost and Tom Kristensen undertook the drivers' duties at the first two races of the season, and Herbert is expected to be used at several races this year.

Herbert will work alongside Garry Connelly and Radovan Novak in Malaysia.
