Nick HeidfeldNick Heidfeld's evaluation test with Renault will take place tomorrow, the team has confirmed.

The German is the leading candidate to fill in for the injured Robert Kubica, with Renault boss Eric Boullier saying yesterday that the drive was Heidfeld's as long as the test went smoothly. Official reserve driver Bruno Senna will then drive the 2011 Renault on Sunday.

Renault also wrote on its Twitter feed that Kubica's latest operations today had been a success.

"Robert had further surgery today to his foot, shoulder, humerous, and anterior elbow. All four operations went well," it wrote.
