The GP3 Series is set to make its debut in Monte Carlo this year, in the only change to the schedule for the category's second season.
The races on the support bill of the Monaco Grand Prix are currently listed as "to be confirmed" on the calendar announced by GP3, but if the event goes ahead it would mean the championship was present at all of Formula 1's European rounds. Monte Carlo was the only European GP that did not host the inaugural GP3 championship in 2010.
GP3's second season commences at the Turkish Grand Prix on May 6-8, following three winter tests, and concludes at Monza on Sept. 9-11.
The same 10 teams that contested the 2010 campaign stay on for '11, each running three cars. The re-branded Lotus ART squad retains Nos. 1-3 in the entry list having taken Esteban Gutierrez – now part of its GP2 lineup – to the title last year.
