The GP3 Series has confirmed that there will be eight days of testing prior to the start of the 2011 season.
Pre-season running will open with an initial two-day test at Paul Ricard on March 3-4. That will be followed by three days at Silverstone on March 29-31, and will conclude with another three days at the Circuit de Catalunya on April 12-14.
The season is scheduled to kick off in Turkey on May 7-8 as part of the support package for the Turkish Grand Prix.
