Timo Glock's race engineer at Toyota, Francesco Nenci, has left the team.

Nenci, who has worked with Glock since the start of last year, has been placed on gardening leave, although he does not officially leave until the end of the year. The team appointed 35-year-old Mexican Juan Pablo Ramirez, who has been with the team since 2003 most recently as a test engineer, to take over the role ahead of this weekend's German Grand Prix

Ramirez, who worked for Arrows prior to joining Toyota, has been appointed on an interim basis. The team has yet to take a final decision on Nenci's long-term successor.
