Five drivers have been given grid penalties for today's first Formula 2 race at Brands Hatch for exceeding the limit of the track at Paddock Hill Bend.
Sebastian Hohenthal, who qualified third, and Jack Clarke, 14th, received five-place penalties from the race stewards after being black-flagged during the session
Mikhail Aleshin (fifth), Mirko Bortolotti (ninth) and Tobias Hegewald (18th) had their times disqualified and will start from the back of the grid for not respecting the black flags they were shown. The trio have also been fined.
