Codemasters, the makers of Formula 1's official racing game have announced that the Nintendo Wii edition of the new F1 2009 simulator will come packaged with a limited edition F1-style racing wheel accessory.
The Wii controller, which will be available to players in Europe, will slot into the white race wheel and will provide one of several control methods used in the game.
F1 2009 will be the first to feature the Valencia (see footage here), Singapore and Abu Dhabi circuits, as well as the Brawn, Force India race teams in a simulation. It will also be the first to include reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton.
F1 2009 is due for release on the Wii and the Sony PSP hand-held device in the autumn, with a deeper HD game set for release on next-generation platforms and PCs in 2010.
