An impressive list of cars and drivers is beginning to take shape for the season finale Legends of Motorsports Powered by HMSA event to be held at Sebring International Raceway Dec. 2-3. Some of the top historic racecars and their drivers will be testing their prowess during the event weekend on the 3.7-mile, 17-turn Sebring road course.
In their continued effort to provide authentic, quality events for historic racers and fans, Legends of Motorsports Powered by HMSA has drawn such notable cars to the Sebring event as the 1970 Brumos Porsche 911; a 1972 McLaren M8F and a 2007 Porsche RS Spyder that competed in the LMP2 category at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Series co-founder Bobby Rahal will also be racing during the event weekend in a 1964 Lotus 23b in the USRRC class which also sports an entry of a 1964 Lotus 23b with sports car legend Doc Bundy at the wheel.
