Brian Keselowski has had emergency surgery to remove his gall bladder and will be forced to miss at least the next two Sprint Cup races, his team announced. Veteran Dennis Setzer has been drafted in to replace Keselowski in the unsponsored No. 92 Dodge this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway and for next weekend at Auto Club Speedway in California.
The older brother of Penske Racing's Brad Keselowski runs as an owner-driver in Sprint Cup, and has to qualify race by race. He made the field for the season-opening Daytona 500 but missed the starting lineup for the following events at Phoenix and Las Vegas.
