The FIA has confirmed eight of the 10 Formula 1 teams will heard during next week's meeting of the International Court of Appeal.

The ICA will meet to decide on the appeal lodged by Renault, Ferrari and Red Bull over the design of the diffusers of Williams, Brawn GP and Toyota. The trio were protested at the Australian Grand Prix, but the race stewards rejected the protest and the decision was appealed.

On April 14, the ICA will decide on the appeal, and the FIA has confirmed eight teams have asked to be heard on court that day. Only Scuderia Toro Rosso and Force India were not on the list.
