Sports prototype racers Richard Bernans and Rob Garofall are leading the chase to earn a prize drive in next year's Daytona 24 Hours.

The pair are currently at the head of the standings in the Rolex 24 At Daytona Driver Challenge, in which drivers from four different championships that use Sunoco fuel are competing for a place in the American GrandAm championship's endurance event.

Radical racer Derek Johnston is third, with GT ace Allan Simonsen fourth, another Radical racer, Roger Bromiley, fifth and British Formula 3 championship leader Daniel Ricciardo sixth.
