Conor Daly will drive for GP3 champion team ART at this week's official test at Jerez.
The 19-year-old American finished 17th in the series with Carlin this year, and was fourth quickest on the opening day of last week's Valencia test with the squad, before dropping to seventh on day two. Now, the son of former Williams Formula 1 driver Derek Daly will switch over to the squad that has won the title for the past two years, and topped each day at Valencia with Daniel Abt at the wheel.
"I am very much looking forward to testing with ART", said the former Star Mazda champion, who split time between GP3 and Firestone Indy Lights this season. "You can't help but be impressed with their results over the years and I'm interested to match what I've learned during the 2011 season with what they know. Most of all, during these winter test days, I want to keep learning as much as possible when I'm in and out of the car."
