Racecar-engineering.com reports that Italian-based racecar constructor Dallara is looking to build a limited-production road car. The website reports company founder Gian Paolo Dallara as saying the car would along the lines of a Lotus Seven, but "will have a carbon fiber chassis, a rear engine, more space and will be more modern. We will be producing the car in small numbers – probably around 100 a year."
The two-seat coupe is expected to be priced around 35,000-45,000 euro ($50k-$60k)
